Absolutely outstanding work here, great job by Gairloch on the quality materials here. My only wish would've been that the brickwork was extended down to the street level to provide more animation on that level, but overall this is quality work here. I'll give aA some credit as well.

Overall, I like it; but I can't go quite that far..........

I think the main floor height is just excessive and feels awkward and out of scale.

Otherwise, I'm pretty pleased.
 
the 3-storey tall glass at grade is wonky AF. Excellent material choices, but it just looks plain awkward.

At the very least they should have kept the glazing to a single level to bring the brick cladding closer to grade. As built the brick "floats" way above the public realm and looks fake and out of reach.
 
Agree with above 2 points. Drove by the site this weekend. The ground floor does not look great. Looks plain and flat... a bit monolithic for Bayview village. Rest of the building looking great however
