LOL, that was me, I just lifted the client name off one of the reports w/o paying any further attention, this was 'xth' new thread that day......... I was tired.

It did! You could almost see the regulars drooling on their keyboards over it. The star power behind it made it even extra promising...
...then the first bargain basement sprandrel cladding went up, it went all pear shaped from there. /sigh

The current building seems to be a pretty decent 11 floor office. I wonder what the opportunity cost is of a few years of missed tenancy.
