Does anyone know if these powerlines are to go underground?

Now if only they put the grass and trees on the right side: between the road and the sidewalk. I realize this is likely due to which parts are city owned but they need to fix this. It needs to be standard policy that developers install grass/trees next to the road, NOT between the road and the sidewalk.

Yes of course. I think the wrapping has been pulled off now on most of the pieces. Work continues around the footings to secure them in place and clean up the pavers surrounding them.
