That terrace is something else. What is the blue portion on the terrace, is that a water feature or a jacuzzi/mini pool?
 
the floorplan looks like the bottom most floor in the above rendering. Judging from the size of the blue thing, it looks more like a water feature.

Regarding that floor plan, I think I've found my dream home. High up, spacious and luxurious, and a terrace bigger than a lot of downtown backyards.

IMO ... its a cool concept (addition on top of existing structure) ... great design (staggering box windows) ... but bad context-wise (the new doesn't jive with the old)

That's a huge plus in this area. Bloor is pretty monotonous, but this addition makes no attempt to fit in. I think it adds some much-needed variety.
