One couple on the 28th floor of the next-door Condo spending $400 to file the OLT appeal --- to essentially waste everybody's time.

These are exactly the kinds of "cheap, dumb and risk-free" OLT appeals that neighbours file all the time against new Affordable Housing developments in the GTA - which can cost these projects hundreds of thousands in additional costs.

Joseph Chen's [dipshit, obstructionist, bad faith] appeal has been dismissed. OLT-22-003837 delivered November 20, 2023.

Hearing and verbal ruling were issued in October 2022.

City Hall, and CreateTO could not do anything with this site, until the written ruling was delivered by the Province.
