And why Canada still has a long way to go. Too many people think it's a bike lane except when they want to put a vehicle there. It would be safer for them to block a lane of traffic. Hit a car and you get a dent. Hit a cyclist and you might get a fatality.

Alterra really went low budget on this one. Still better than the gas station that was replaced.

It's not that I dislike it. I just wish they used better materials. Nothing swanky, just the "brick" looks terrible and the windows are eh. I passed by today.
