It will be a one-legged tent.

Isn't that an umbrella?

Of course, flying one-legged tents have already gone through a pilot project study:

I wish this one was a bit taller, it's a great location. Another 10-15 stories would be awesome.
Hell NO, only if the Design was much nicer than the ICE towers. For another Glass box, I would prefer a park or some public space at that location.

Seeing how round and soft the edges are on ice, it would make much more sense to have the same features to the office tower. I agree the rendering of the proposed building is very uninspiring - much like PWC tower or 120 Bremner. Would be nice to see a highly unique building here to match the roundness of ice, but in an office tower and with much different materials - glass colour being one of them! Too much blue and green. It's the perfect spot for a landmark office tower. I am curious to see how to green roof will look surrounding the entire site.

It doesn't even necessarily need the roundness of ice - just rounded corners (like 7 St. Thomas) would be nice enough to contrast with the sharped-edged neigbhours while preserving the need for efficient floor plates.

Thats what I meant more than being completely round - have softer edges - that would be very iconic - especially is it was much taller than proposed.

Early construction has begun.
