They seem to be moving into QuadReal buildings, both here and in Van, so I would guess CC3 or 11 Bay.

Amazon doesn't seem like they'd need or want a building in the financial district, and I think we've heard whispers of an anchor tenant for 11 Bay, so that's my guess.

Not sure if 65 King East is a consolidation or expansion, but they already have a presence on Richmond Street in the Financial District.

All we need is the HSBC branch and retail spaces in 16 and ICE to open. And the path tunnel too...which is opening soon, they just completed the fire systems check.

30 years, if you count the 1991 Railway Lands East Part II Plan as the starting point.
The other interesting thing about that report is that it compared the approved 1991 plan with the outcome in 2017 (within the boundary RWL East - which is smaller than what we identify as South Core in general)
