It does. The panels slide out to allow the BMU to protrude for cleaning and exterior access.

Pictures from Tuesday and this morning. After the scaffolding removal, the crane lifts appear to be done from this perspective.

Now that the construction elevator has been dismantled, I assume it will not be long before the crane goes too. Looks very sharp!
