It's not a test pattern it's the original Pride colours ... plus the additional colours that have often been used as chevrons on streets etc.

It’s rare to see all the lights on up top the TD Canada Trust Tower. It looks nice. It works with the lighting of TD Terrace along with the giant TV displaying TD or other stuff.
