He's right about the path, and TD Terrace is technically connected to it, but you have to take a pretty roundabout path to get there from the subway (via Metro Hall from St. Andrew, and forget about it from Union).

the grade experience of this tower is possibly the worst in the financial core. It's incredibly rejective of the human scale and has absolutely nothing to offer.

At least we still get a beautiful addition to the area and skyline.

This building creates some intense reflection of sunlight throughout the day. It was glowing white when I saw it last Thursday in the afternoon.
