These feel oddly mid-century to me. A bit like an old motel with the long, low lines.

Sure this will get approved and hopefully built, but pretty certain will not age well, looks pretty sterile.

I disagree. If they use real brick, this could be a really nice piece of hidden architecture in the city, much like other townhouse complexes. The parking lot surround kind of sucks, but with high quality materials I think this will look great.
