Elevator Ratio: 4 elevators to 398 units: or one elevator per 100 units.


Parking ratio (resident spaces) 8 spaces to 398 units is 0.02

Will be interesting to see if any of the current By-Election candidates post anything to their Campaign channels about this "Yellow-Belt to Tower" proposal...
 
Since I don't see it on the forum, thought I would add in that I'm pretty sure this assembly has changed from 17-29 Glenavy ave to 7-29 glenavy, 590-592 roehamtpon and 7 glazebrook,

I see no evidence of such a change; what makes you think it is so?

The link will work..........give it a moment..............assuming you subscribed to the AIC updates.........the links often don't work initially because their program picks them up prior to the applications being public facing.

When the application is public facing, the link will work.
