Looks like they added two new floors. I believe the second tower is 38s.

When I shot the site a few days ago, it looks like only the area with the orange trap is will be the only being excavated for this phase of work.

There is no shoring on the east side to the north of this excavation and would indicate there is an 4th tower plan for this site or will be something else.
