I agree this project has been delayed it seems at least a year. Podium and garage pouring took months. 1 floor every 1.5 weeks after the podium is pretty good pace. Here’s to seeing precast on the building soon.

I haven't seen any delays on this site so far.

There is 2 different colour precast on the building now as shown above in my photos.

It takes time up to a month or more to do a floor below ground. Once above ground, it becomes a floor a week, depending on the size, shape and what taking place for it. Given what the podium looks like, it was more than a week. Now they are into the main tower, it should be a floor a week.

Another ho hum building.

No idea what happen to the photos I posted for that day and here is some of them. There is more up on my site for the last 6 months since they were in my large backlog and 2-3 months behind fixing them.

Prior to construction, there was that exposed parking garage from a previous development. I couldn't tell from the pictures, but was this blocked off or incorporated into this building? Like is the parking garage accessible from one building to the other? Why or why not?

Nothing to write home about and working on the 20th floor. Should be top off in 14 weeks or about early September
