I'd be ok with that crown - it's subtle and I like the gentle deviation from all things perpendicular.

The elevator issue - that's another thing. In any case, it would seem that whatever ultimately goes in there will likely be quite different.
 
According to the decision, the revised building would have 99 floors instead of 94, but the actual height is unspecified.

The OLT did not modify the height from the settlement with this interim order so the listed height in the database of 317.4m remains accurate (see elevation drawings in my post here, and the March '24 settlement here).

That being said this decision gives them some additional leeway for building maintenance protrusions and 2.5m for architectural feature protrusions
