Less than 200 metres from a subway interchange station, 25 metres from Yonge street, and literally across the street from 45 storey towers, really would've expected (and preferred) something a lot bigger. This could very well be torn down in 15 years to build more towers. There would be one single family home wedged between this and 23 Poyntz, a 9s mixed use building proposed back in March.

edit: just realized this is actually across the street from an entrance to the subway. Not even 20 metres away.
