Why would anyone even conceive of this?

Is there a cash prize for worst proposal of the year, of which I'm unaware?

This thing wouldn't be half bad, if well you know, we knew that we weren't going to end up with a horrifying amount of poor quality spandrel lacing this development.

But since this is Toronto we're talking about, we have a 90% chance of seeing the cheapest material being used here.
 
ICON has reached out to us saying that the renderings of this project were released in error. We've removed the images for now and hope to see something approved for release soon.

Not signed off by the client, so they were not supposed to upload them. When they're ready, we may find the design back with changes, we may not.

Ah darn it... does UT typically remove things if asked?

Even from what was posted, please tell me at least the facades of the homes would be retained. I like these rows of housefronts here, they make for a more animated street
