408 studio units at 100% AMR - so $1,427.
Yes, but I think that $1,427 per month has to be INCLUSIVE of Utilities the way the City uses AMR on these OPEN DOOR supported developments...

...or you have to deduct a UTILITY ALLOWANCE of up to $119 per month from those AMR rents.

@Northern Light - do you know the "Average Studio Unit Size" for this current proposal..? Thx!

We have the unit count and ft2 and all of the affordable units are studios.

If you take 10,500m2 and divide by 408 units you get an average size of 25.73m2 / 277ft2

You know what I see when I look at that? Other than an insanely small living space? Someone who doesn't understand basic unit layout.

Look at the swing of the bathroom door that would smack anyone standing at the kitchen counter........sigh.

A barn-door slider is obviously the way to go for the bathroom door, duh!

Saxe had the recommendations amended to include a bunch of site plan conditions, which was then adopted.

If she got the bathroom doors fixed, its all good........ish...

LOL

Folks behind this project were completely blindsided. More absurd nonsense from Saxe...

What particular kind of absurdity?

She didn't speak to the deferral, so there's nothing on the record.
