It’s interesting how this portion of the development is miles ahead of the rest of the block. Wonder if the plan is to have tenants in this building before the rest of the block is complete, or to wait for the remainder to catch up and open both at the same time.

The angular plane is unfortunate, but overall it's a cute little building.

The angular plane gives it a more interesting profile and more character than an oversized box. Plus, the residents get spacious terraces that make the units more livable. It's nothing but a win in my opinion.
