Excavation and shoring: from June 2021 to December 2021;
Below grade formwork: from December 2021 to July 2022;
Above grade formwork: from July 2022 to November 2023;
Building envelope phase: from September 2022 to January 2024 2023; and
Interior finishes stage: from December 2022 to November 2024.

Yes, it's official, there is a link provided in the post to a City report.

The information in the report was supplied to the City, by the developer, in service of obtaining permission for a permit for a construction staging area (occupying a City road).

The dates are given as ranges, because the permit hasn't even been issued yet; it is going before Community Council for just that; further there is always an allowance for delays built into project timelines, which is why date ranges widen out further into the future.
