They finally got the steelwork up for the extra floors. They have also extended the top floor onto the top of the parking structure roof and something new.

It is maybe interesting to compare the rendering with Mr Mars' recent photo of the state today (Thanks @Red Mars ). The appear to have (maybe) finished the steel and might start covering it soon.
