Looking nice to me. Not sure why your all hating on this one. Ever seen all the ugly towers going up west side of parade condos in city place. Now them some actual eye soars. And should never be repeated. This project is far refreshing and far more attractive design.

Maybe the interiors are nice. I really like the stone at street level though, I wish more developments utilized it on the base and podiums- it makes such a difference.

Walked by this on the weekend. The tower looks so basic and out-of-place in a neighborhood of interesting buildings. Bad.

I try to be charitable about these things. But. I was honestly shocked how this building looked while I was walking south on Bellair towards Bloor. All you see if a flat featureless concrete wall like something out the 1960s.

It does look like a 60's or early 70's apartment relic, with ungainly massing and rather down market appearance from afar. Agree that north facade is appallingly bad.
