20 & 25 Mavrinac Boulevard: a proposed subdivision of 2-storey freehold detached dwellings, 2 & 3-storey common element condominium townhomes and a 6-storey seniors rental apartment designed by Hunt Design for TACC Developments (operating as TFP Aurora Developments Ltd) on the north side of Wellington Street East, east and west of Mavrinac Boulevard in Aurora's Bayview Northeast area.
