Better overall. I quite like the grade and storeys 2-3 before the setback; reminds me a bit of those contemporary brick condos at Front & George. Rear elevation looks nicer than the Yonge Street facade, more visual interest with the inset balconies and brick panels. I think it'd be perfect if they ditched the arches and just used the Tullis facade on both sides.
 
New renderings are updated in the database. The project information changed from 120 & 7 units to 114 & 7 units and the total parking spaces were reduced from 44 parking to 43 parking.

I'm digging the PoPoMo / NeoPoMo era we seem to be entering. I'm all for less orthodoxy and more expressionism. I think this project looks great.
