Ugh what's with architects and the alternating patterns.... Would look much better if the dark panels/windows were aligned all the way up

I dont hate it. Im more interested in seeing how the building interacts at street level and how they will incorporate the public realm into the fabric of the building.

I think you're forgetting who MADE this building - Vrancor doesn't have a good history of first floor.. anything.
