There are an enormous number of salaries to be paid here, so the tickets are not cheap, but you can certainly get them for less than that $800 for 5, and I think you could sit anywhere in the house and get a good view.

But that still gets the Eddy Murphy, "Get the [you know] out of here!" from Beverly Hills Cop response in this opinion. >.<

Not sure if this was addressed a while ago in the thread, but can anyone confirm if the loop road and the new streetcar trackage on it will be separated from general traffic? The existing track on Lake Shore will be separated from traffic to legion road, but the docs im reading are not specifying if this loop track will be.

Yes, the streetcar loop is separated from general traffic. Notably the streetcar loop will go all the way north to the GO station, while the road will not. However the streetcar loop is not being built in Phase 1, which may be where the confusion comes from.

There is a minor variance application to expand Phase 1 to include the western part of the originally planned Phase 3. It's being done to accommodate the new road that's being built along the northern edge of the development (as that road runs below the building that's being shifted from Phase 3 to Phase 1).
