The rendering would be so much off from reality. plus this project does not comply with tall building guidelines in almost every aspect.
 
Not to be a party pooper, but these renderings have been posted before in Feb 2018 (see page 11). Nothing new about them. At any rate, I wish Kirkor had a track record to make me buy these plans.
 
It's one of those projects that would be amazing IMO if it was fully realized...

...but at the same time, my confidence is not very high on those involved to make it come to that, to put it mildly.

Reminds me of the wavy little building in NewYork. Looks nice.
 
I won't be mad if they pull this off... Will Humbold properties spring for high-quality, curved glass? Or will it be another hideous spandrel-clad Toronto Special?

When this was a Kirkor project I had written it off completely.
 
No new renderings are updated in the database. The total parking space count dropped from 40 parking to 13 parking.
