No new renderings are updated in the database. The total unit count changes from 1473 units to 2021 units. The full bike parking changed from 1700 bike parking to 1642 bike parking.

🤔 What's going on here..........

~+550 units only 2 months after the initial submission?

- Bike parking goes down, contrary to City by-law

No cover letter or planning addendum explaining......

Now i'm very curious to know what in the planet is going on with this proposal, this is way too excessive for this site.

Which begs the question of why one sees a large change in the number of units only 2 months post-submission. That's relatively rare; and without the planning addendum or a cover letter, it feels kinda rushed.
