Imagine if Toronto homeowners put 5% of the political energy they put into opposing development into advocating for housing that's affordable for all.

That would mean more people in their neighbourhood. Can't have that.
 
Imagine if Toronto homeowners put 5% of the political energy they put into opposing development into advocating for housing that's affordable for all.

In my experience, most NIMBYs are involved in all aspects of their community/wards with most of our wards having richer and poorer neighbourhoods. There's no solution to affordable housing in the current real estate climate. Real estate is just too damn expensive and it's now political suicide to introduce legislature to get it under control as it is the driving force behind our economy.
 
No new renderings are updated in the database! Just some minor changes in the database. Total building height, total building storeys and total unit counts remain the same. However, the total parking spaces decreased from 94 parking spaces to 85 parking spaces.
