So............this one has returned............while there are a completely fresh set of files...........they appear to closely, if not exactly mirror the application as seen up-thread.
This one was denied at Council some years back but is being resubmitted on the basis that changes to the provincial policy framework and subsequent proposals approved nearby, by the City justify reconsidering
the proposal here.
