A 2017 proposal from Valour Capital for 250 Martin involved 19 townhouse units in 4 x 3-storey blocks designed by Orchard Design Studio.

This has since been revised to a 4-storey seniors rental building, developed by Valour and Village Developments on the west side of Martin Street, north of Woodward Avenue in Milton's Mountain View neighbourhood:

Would prefer the parking underground, or, at least at the rear of the site.

But it's hard to argue w/gentle intensification and purpose-built rental here.
