Will it win any design awards? Probably not. But overall it's nice to see some missing-middle density along a major street.

It's concrete
 
Not at all. The higher floors do not have any of the drywall or finishes completed. I am not sure if any over 5th floor are complete.
In terms of building closing they’ll do it in phases so for us who’ve received occupancy closing is expected in Jan
