To alter the development standards (approved by Site Specific Zoning By-law 517-2021 and 518-2021), for a 52-storey mixed-use building, with four levels of underground parking, by reducing the required retail/visitor parking spaces.

Committee of Adjustment hearing scheduled for tomorrow Dec 6th
 
May be little stripes of yellow or Orange here and there will look great.
 
...that's looking less worse than I thought it would be.
