Yes, looks to be a good looking building if it turns out like the renderings, much better than what it's replacing.

That chair sums up perfectly the sorry fate of the heritage building. I really hope Gairloch picks up this property and gives the Junction another high quality build (hopefully one with facade restoration)!

I think they should rebuild the heritage facade. I'm surprised that there's still visible damage to the neighbouring building from the fire. One wonders if the owner at the time of the fire even had any insurance coverage.
