I like how this turned out. Looks like residents are starting to move in, I've seen listing for rentals here (on Realtor sites), which usually indicates a condo owner (not apartments as I thought these were)?. Also, the TTC needs to stagger the leave times of the 73/48 busses along Royal York to better serve this area with more frequent service.

One building here is condo while the others are purpose-built rentals.

Meanwhile, regarding the TTC — they have schedules?!
