It may be but it is a single storey structure that wouldn't be an impediment to construction. Everything along Jarvis is going highrise.

I believe that the current structure is small and could easily be dissembled/moved so as not be an impediment to development but also preserve it in some way.

Now that their Church & Dundas grouping is nearing closer to completion, along with Prime Condos and then this on Jarvis in the pipeline, I wonder if CentreCourt will look towards future opportunities on Sherbourne to develop.

Unless a Councillor tweets out the info sooner; it will be when the Docs get made public, that can take as little as one week after a Council meeting, but sometimes takes 3 or more.
