Feels like SharpWise don't have the credentials to build it out themselves, and may have just been holding onto the assembly until they could flip it. If anything they probably should've sold it sooner when the market was in better conditions.

Makes sense. I've never even heard of Sharpwise, so maybe they're a rookie developer who got in over their heads here.

With any luck Gairloch will pick this up...
