For a minute I thought they were going to leave the second storey brick as-is (my pessimism comes from the immediate area setting such a low bar, aesthetically). Relieved to see them continuing with painting today:

The residential units are all listed for lease now, and I'm going to venture a guess that Studio AC did not have the interiors in their scope of work. Or they did, and the developer tossed out their specs/drawings and just went to Home Depot instead. The bathrooms are simply grim (with some unfortunate door swings), the staged unit doesn't even fit the furniture (why so many cabinets?) and the hardware, fixtures + finishes throughout are a real disappointment after following along all this time. A mess!
