Those trees in front of the school's sports field in your last pic are newly planted.
I wonder if they'll replant the trees along Roehampton that were removed for construction of this building. Hopefully it looks nice on the street level when it's done. I obviously appreciate how quickly they're building.
I wonder if the speed with which it's being built has something to do with the fact that it's a rental.
Are there actually statistics that compare how fast rentals vs. condos are built?
Not being firmly entrenched in any specific architecture firm's camp, I have to say I rather like this one so far! The window are quite sharp imo and the precast doesn't look horrible for once.
