Wow....3 months later...... just one pic, from a distance........but shows progress of 1-2 floors, its just peeking above the hoarding, on November 18th, 2024:

So.........work on the second floor here was underway by mid November, if not a bit earlier.............

And is still not complete on January 8th.

I imagine a Christmas shutdown for a few days is a contributor...........but still...........7 weeks and they haven't turned over a floor........so it will be at least 8.
