...I thought they moved something into there of recent.
 
In case anyone was wondering, the status of this site is "On-Hold" according to the UT header. Not sure who is waiting for what here...outside of workers power cleaning the hording the other day.

...I'll be sure to take pics of any tumbleweeds that develop here until folks figure out what they going to do with this site. >.<
 
It is in my opinion that since the TTC appears to have done what they needed to do with this lot in regards to the Spadina Station expansion, The City should move in on this site to convert it to public lands...either for an additional park or for an affordable housing initiatives. Or both...

...I think I've discussed before of having a "Use it, or lose it" policy. Might as well attempt to crack that whip here.

Furthermore, if there is no profitable venture to be made here now or in the foreseeable future, the current owners should consider selling this lot to The City for the same initiatives.

...either way, letting this sit here and rot is unacceptable.
