Popped by the thread after seeing some fresh lobbying on this one...........

SPA is not yet approved here, no new docs since last summer.

No indication of a C of A application that I can see.
 
Interesting render. I don't think it's the height I have issues with, but the charcoal grey, which makes it feel overimposing.
 

Minor variance here requesting to increase the project average rent across the 21 Affordable Housing Units. Total vehicular parking has also been reduced from 103 to 93 along with unit mix changes and a minor GFA reduction. Hearing is scheduled for March 20.

SPA resubmission, mostly technical but with the following stat changes:
  • Total residential units increased from 313 to 314 (incl. 9 rental replacement & 21 affordable)
  • Total vehicular parking increased from 93 to 95 (incl. 2 car share spaces)
  • Unit mix redistribution & minor GFA decrease
Additionally, Jahan Mehr is now listed as architect. Updated rendering:

NOAC has not been issued, however demolition permits were issued for 316-336 Campbell Ave on Oct 30. All other permits including site remediation remain pending.
