Joking aside, would be nice to see more residential along Ottawa. Could use a tad more height though, maybe 4-6 storeys. The architecture could maybe justify a slight improvement too instead of a nautical shipping container design?

For what it’s worth, I don’t believe this is an actual proposal as much as an idea of what could be built on site as part of an attempt to sell. It’s on MLS for 1,199,000 at the moment.
On the off chance this does actually represent a real project, eliminate that stupid setback between this building and the existing buildings on Ottawa that creates a silly gap.
