Building permit data has this address fixed for another Chick-fil-A.

With the brick and mortar retail industry struggling, we may see a slowdown in the construction of new commercial spaces for such usages. From my understanding the main units here are still unleased. This will likely be the case for Hullmark's 2 new projects on Ossington as well.
 
This part of Queen Street has relatively healthy street trees. That's actually remarkable given how little regard street trees generally get in main street retail areas in the city.
