Renders that show the building floating in a vacuum................(insert eyeroll here)

Not sure what I think of residential on the ground as opposed to retail.

I get that there's a large one-storey plaza to the south, and that buildings to the north lack ground floor retail.

However, I would be surprised not to see the plaza to the south redevelop at some point, and having somewhere for that retail to spill out to might make sense.

Offering a few retail spaces along a main street isn't just logical - it should be compulsory.
