Hope that conversion approval of the townhouses to the third tower come through before construction properly begins, the area could use some more height
 
This area is quite nice being in close proximity to High Park, the Humber River, and the waterfront. It's surprising that this project's architecture is so generic.

what is the current situation of the project? Is the developer also doing construction management or they are just developer?
