Not 100% related to this I suppose even though it's right behind and basically part of the block, but the two houses that were on the northeast corner were demolished it seems:

Really excited to see this one done. I don't think it will be pretty, but this area could really use a wider sidewalk and some trees. I do wonder if trees will be held off until LRT is completed though. Walls for floor 16 are being worked on, 9 to go it appears? Today:

Definitely not looking like the render anymore - there aren't even balconies in the podium anymore.

This site could have been utilized so much better. Having surface parking adjacent to a downtown LRT stop should be criminal.
