An appeal of this decision was not filed within the statutory time period of the Planning Act. Our client believes that the proposed redevelopment of the Property is in keeping with the planning and urban design framework established by the applicable planning documents and, as such, has directed us to file this application to ensure that the proposed redevelopment of the Property can be considered by the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for final resolution."
