The whole area where the relocation of the trunk line was relocated to has been fully graded.

Going to the Committee of Adjustment on Aoril 25 and I like it. The underground car parking will be a lot shallow and building the tower will be a lot faster.

Details of the application and meeting information:
The property owner of 3600 Hurontario Street, zoned CC2-7- City Centre, has applied for a minor variance under Section45 of the Planning Act.

The applicant requests the Committee to approve a minor variance to allow parking on the property proposing:
1. 0.3 resident parking spaces per dwelling unit for Apartments (CC2) whereas By-law 0225-2007, as amended, requires0.8 resident parking spaces per dwelling unit in this instance; and,
2. A parking lot whereas By-law 0225-2007, as amended, does not permit this use in a CC2-Downtown Core Zone in this instance.

Crews were installing hording on the south end of the sign on Hurontario that is currently white. It goes to the fence of the building driveway to the south. Unless this is a two-phase project, it is set up that the south end of the property currently fences off for this project only. As for the north end, no idea who owns it nor does the original plan for it still exist.

Crews doing work on the site in preparation of construction for the area fence off for Edenshaw only as the north area is own by X.

This site may end up being a rental tower since the market is slow for condos at this time.

A third tower would be worse than the parking lot and the parking lot is a wasted usage of open space. It would be far too cramped.
